MILESTONES AND RHINESTONES...

I've had a few milestones in my lifetime...the two most significant ones being my wedding day and the birth of my babies!

Another big milestone is looming...before the end of the year, and I'm not sure how I feel about this one???

I'm turning the big 4-0....

I don't feel 40...I don't act 40...I don't dress 40...is 40 the new 30??? Is it trendy and fashionable to be in your 40's today??? All the hottest woman on the planet right now is properbly in their 40's!

I do want to achieve a couple of things before the big day....cross off a few things from the list...like...loose a few kg's, look after my skin and myself better,  invest in more classic pieces, spend more time reading and sticking to some kind of excercise program?

I also want a stand out piece that represents the milestone and that says Happy Birthday and congratulations for getting this far and for doing most things right…you've learned a lot along the way and didn't turn out too bad!!! Keep up the good work! Any one of these pieces will say all of that…

In the meantime I'm carrying on, doing my thing, living life and planning my Chanel themed birthday bash and romantic Paris getaway...on Pinterest, with tiara's, feathers and rhinestones to sprinkle some magic and glamour on a very intimidating milestone birthday!

But...nothing Valentino, Chanel or Tiffany and Louis can't fix...
